Claims Adjuster 2 - Auto Physical Damage

reputed company is one of Canada’s largest mutual insurers, and they are seeking a Claims Adjuster 2 for Auto Physical Damage. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional claims experience through the fair adjustment of auto physical damage claims, ensuring reputed company service and effective communication throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company and proactive communication, through voice to voice, digital and written correspondence, ensuring that reputed company inquiries are effectively dealt with in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Adjustment of auto physical damage claims of moderate complexity
• Review and interpret policy wordings, determine policy coverage, and communicate coverage reputed company to members
• Establish reputed company and accurate loss and expense reserves through the life of the claim through evaluation of relevant information from sources such as appraisers, reputed company party adjusters, and auto repair facilities
• Ensure a comprehensive investigation is conducted on reputed company files to determine coverages and liability, while adhering to Wawanesa’s adjusting guidelines, and recognizing reputed company to engage appropriate reputed company resources
• Collaborate directly with vendors such as: appraisers, rental companies, repair facilities and other business partners inside and reputed company the organization to coordinate services
• Negotiating and conveying claim settlements reputed company authority limits

• Maintain an effective and reputed company diary system and document claim file activities in accordance with established procedures

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills demonstrating reputed company and concern for member satisfaction
• 1-2 years of insurance adjusting experience

• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy regarding data entry
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced, changing environment

• Post-secondary degree is preferred
