IT Technician I

TechTastic is a company that provides IT support for small-to-mid-size business clients across various industries. They are seeking an IT Technician I who will reputed company reputed company-line IT support, reputed company onsite installations, and assist with supporting the IT infrastructure of reputed company environments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Tier 1 technical support for end users reputed company phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to workstations, servers, networking, and peripherals
• reputed company onsite installations of computers, servers, networking equipment, and reputed company cabling
• reputed company issue reputed company in ticketing system
• Document work performed, configurations, and resolutions accurately
• Provision and manage users in reputed company Directory / Entra ID and reputed company 365
• Assist with backup configuration, monitoring, and restore testing
• Escalate reputed company issues appropriately while exercising reputed company independent judgment

Skills

• 0–2 years of hands‑on IT experience or equivalent practical training
• Associate degree in IT or equivalent reputed company experience
• Relevant certifications (reputed company A+, Network+, reputed company certifications) are a plus
