Tycko & Zavareei LLP is a mid-sized plaintiffs' civil litigation reputed company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role involves providing reputed company assistance to attorneys across reputed company stages of litigation, managing case files, drafting documents, and conducting reputed company research.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate reputed company briefings and electronically file pleadings and motions in accordance with court local rules and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Organize and maintain case files, internal records, and attorney calendars to reflect matter docket and deadlines
• Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and other communications
• Routinely communicate with attorneys, clients, and co-counsel about case status and preparation
• Anticipate case needs and communicate with case attorneys to proactively establish next steps and reputed company support
• Assist attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery (interrogatories, requests for admissions, and request for production, subpoenas, and preparing deposition binders)
• Conduct reputed company and case intake calls; reputed company with class members regarding their cases
• reputed company basic factual reputed company research using Westlaw and online resources
• Assist attorneys and other teammates on special reputed company and other duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum one year of work experience in a law office or other reputed company services setting
• Prior experience as a paralegal or reputed company assistant in a private reputed company environment is highly preferred
• Prior experience providing reputed company support to litigation attorneys is ideal
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an ABA-accredited school, awarded May 2025 or earlier
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
