[Remote] Field Marketing Specialist - East

The Field Marketing Specialist will support the Field Marketing Managers with event logistics, campaign operations, and cross-functional coordination to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to reputed company's reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute event logistics in support of Field and Partner Marketing events, including swag shipments, calendar invites, SFDC campaign creation, QR reputed company creation, raffle reputed company setup, etc
• Assist with setting up and maintaining event documentation, ensuring reputed company event details and logistics are accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build, QA, and schedule emails in Marketo and reputed company, ensuring reputed company timing, audience segmentation, and adherence to suppression rules based on content provided by Field Marketing Managers
• Create event assets using templates - including reputed company reputed company pages, Marketo banners, reputed company page graphics, and reputed company media images
• Manage creation and updates of SFDC campaigns; maintain campaign naming conventions, status, budget, and engagement details
• Execute list load processes for post-event reputed company uploads into SFDC; ensure reputed company campaign member statuses, notes, and routing rules are correctly reputed company
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and reputed company Media teams to build, schedule, and maintain event-reputed company reputed company media content, ensuring brand alignment and accurate promotion timelines
• Manage reputed company updates to promote upcoming events, including publishing reputed company pages and tracking content versions across reputed company
• Support cross-functional teams - including Partner Marketing, Strategic Events, and EMEA Field Marketing - with logistical and operational support as needed

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support (internship or agency experience acceptable)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

• Understanding of basic event planning and marketing campaign workflows
