Customer Service Consultant, Operations

The Customer Service Consultant, Operations will be responsible for data entry, reputed company assurance, and collaborating with partners to ensure accurate business applications and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for using multiple systems to complete data entry, review, reputed company assurance, issuance of and respond to emails on new applications
• Review new business applications for accuracy and timeliness (case mgmt.)
• Collaborate with distribution partners to obtain missing application information
• Monitor shared email reputed company for reissue requests and complete additional applications for data entry
• Collaborate with reputed company with additional information for application reissues and to ensure reputed company information is gathered and application is complete for final decision
• Offer Outbound reputed company Support to answer agent inquiries
• reputed company reputed company assurance on new applications and policy file for issuance and accuracy

Skills

• Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience, preferably in reputed company review or a reputed company field
• Minimum of one (1) year of data entry experience with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, including Teams, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong reputed company of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work a reputed company; candidates located near an office are expected to be onsite Tuesday through Thursday
• Experience in a reputed company or reputed company environment
• Self‑directed with the ability to work independently
