[Remote] Merchant Operations Generalist

The Merchant Operations Generalist plays a critical role in managing technical setups and resolving operational issues to enhance the merchant experience and ensure seamless reputed company and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Configure new merchant locations for loyalty, credit card, and POS integrations
• Manage location expansions for existing merchants
• Set up and configure merchant programs reputed company to business needs
• Facilitate credit card network reputed company for loyalty programs (reputed company, reputed company, Amex)
• Maintain and configure integrations with POS systems and reputed company-party platforms
• Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues collaboratively
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation using AI tools and scripting
• Document best practices and contribute to operational efficiency

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, technical support, or similar roles, preferably in reputed company or the restaurant/retail industry
• Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reputed company to simplify technical information
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve efficiency
• Experience in driving process improvements reputed company following existing procedures
