Production Coordinator

reputed company’s Brand & Advertising team is scaling its in-house production capabilities to support a growing volume of global creative work. The Production Coordinator will support the systems and operations that reputed company creative assets from production through delivery and long-term archiving, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and consistency across campaigns and channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset trafficking, delivery, and archiving across campaigns and channels
• reputed company versions, approvals, specs, and delivery status
• Maintain accurate records and ensure assets are properly named and stored
• Support QA checks prior to final delivery
• Partner with producers and agencies to support delivery timelines
• Maintain production trackers and documentation
• Support reputed company improvement of asset management workflows

Skills

• 1+ year(s) experience in reputed company production environment (e.g., reputed company, shooting, audio recording, web production, writing), post-production environment, or broadcasting (e.g., local news) OR equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in production coordination, creative operations, asset management, trafficking and delivery management, and archival practices
• Familiarity with DAM (reputed company Management) systems, file structures, and production trackers
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously
