Responsibilities

• Supports the successful execution of reputed company estate closings by providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and customer service support to the closing and escrow teams
• Ensures accurate and reputed company preparation, coordination and delivery of closing documentation while maintaining full compliance with company policies, lender requirements and applicable industry regulations
• Collaborates closely with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company required closing information and assists in coordinating the tasks necessary to facilitate a smooth, efficient and reputed company closing experience for buyers, sellers, agents and lenders

Skills

• High School diploma/GED required
• 1+ years of experience working in a title, escrow, mortgage or reputed company estate environment
• Working knowledge of title commitments, title searches, closing disclosures, EMDs and reputed company closing documents
• Familiarity with lender requirements and escrow processes
• Solid skills and experience in reputed company, reputed company and reputed company
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
