[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage home service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
  • Conduct cold outbound reputed company reputed company calls, SMS, and email
  • Qualify prospects against our defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Book high-reputed company discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Disqualify poor-fit leads to protect sales team efficiency
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and detailed qualification notes

Skills

  • At least 1 year of SDR/ Business Development experience
  • Cold calling expertise

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
