[Remote] Junior Product Designer

They are seeking a Junior Product Designer who will aid in optimizing website design, conceptualizing paid media creative, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design for website optimization, including continuous A/B testing to improve performance and user experience
• Conceptualize and design high-performing creative for paid media (e.g., Meta ads), using testing and iteration to refine visual direction
• Partner with leadership to shape design strategy for the assets you own: Meta ads, Website, Emails
• Design new website pages based on strategic initiatives, user insights, and performance data
• Collaborate closely with copywriters to ensure cohesive, effective messaging and visual storytelling
• Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high fidelity
• Apply brand guidelines across customer touchpoints, including marketing emails, ensuring design supports campaign goals and drives measurable outcomes
• Own design decisions with a clear understanding of how they influence business metrics
• Take on ad hoc projects such as dashboard design, presentation (deck) design, and other emerging needs
• Step in to support teammates across functions during high-demand periods
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment where support is mutual and proactive

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in a design-focused discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Illustration, Industrial Design, or Architecture) with formal training in visual execution (drawing, composition, and design systems) or equivalent hands-on experience
• If your portfolio does not currently contain samples of drawing work, please compile some samples in a PDF for review
• Designer with strong drawing/design fundamental skills adopted through university level training
• The ability to critique and speak to design decisions
• Strong collaboration skills across product, marketing, and engineering
• Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with broader business goals
