[Remote] Auto Claims Associate

The Auto Claims Associate role involves processing uncomplicated auto claims, ensuring reputed company documentation, and communicating with clients and insured parties to facilitate reputed company resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Processes uncomplicated personal and reputed company line property auto claims and ensures claim files are properly documented and coded correctly based on the policy
• Maintains reputed company plans to ensure state required contact deadlines are met and to reputed company the file towards reputed company and appropriate reputed company; escalates issues as needed
• Identifies and pursues subrogation opportunities; secures and disposes of salvage
• Communicates claim reputed company/processing with insured, reputed company and agent or broker reputed company appropriate
• Performs coverage, liability, and damage analysis on reputed company claims assignments

Skills

• One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Claims industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• reputed company certification as applicable to line of business preferred
