Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve lemon law cases for clients across various jurisdictions
- Draft reputed company documents, demand letters, and court pleadings
- Conduct reputed company research pertinent to lemon law claims
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
Skills
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in lemon law reputed company
- reputed company law license in CA
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Proficiency with reputed company research tools and remote work platforms
- High attention to detail and excellent organization
