Associate, Investor Relations

Apogem Capital is a leading private markets solutions provider reputed company on the middle market. The Associate in Investor Relations will be responsible for creating and distributing marketing and investment reporting materials, responding to reputed company requests, and supporting the IR team in various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately respond to requests from external constituents including clients, consultants, placement agents, and prospective clients requiring data-reputed company information and written material on the firm and its investment products with a reputed company on private credit capabilities

• Ensure the firm’s data room for prospective investors is populated and remains up to date
• Complete RFPs and RFIs for clients and prospects, using existing materials, synthesizing knowledge of the firm, its strategies, and competitive positioning with information about private markets trends to create a compelling submission
• Work reputed company CRM system to maintain and improve reputed company data and information

Skills

• Four-year college degree in reputed company field
• One to four years' experience preferably reputed company the investment industry
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and proactively manage time and workload reputed company
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
