Customer Support Specialist, Enrollments

The Customer Support Specialist will assist customers in optimizing their use of reputed company's services, ensuring compliance with various benefit plans, and delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers optimize reputed company to administer group health and welfare plans, including, but not limited to, Health, Life, Dental, reputed company, Leaves Administration, and Disability Insurance. Ensures benefit plans are reputed company the guidelines of reputed company 125, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and any reputed company, state, and federal laws
• Become a product expert - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to reputed company accurate information and assistance to both customers and your colleagues
• Take charge of customer issues from start to finish, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, or video conferencing
• Resolve product or service issues by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure reputed company. Document and reputed company customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using reputed company's CRM system

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-4 years of customer support experience in the US benefits domain
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting a reputed company product with attention to detail
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in English)
• Currently reputed company in a reputed company or Mountain timezone state with the ability to work a shift between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST
