They are seeking a CLX Car reputed company, Total Loss to assist customers through the process of total loss vehicle claims, ensuring fair and reputed company settlements while providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage total loss auto claims through reputed company, following company guidelines and state/federal regulations to ensure fair, reputed company settlements
• Evaluate vehicle valuations and estimate documents to accurately determine total loss status and settlement reputed company
• Guide customers through the total loss process with reputed company, compassionate communication, addressing questions about settlements, lienholders, salvage, title requirements, and next steps
• Negotiate with customers and reputed company parties to reputed company reputed company and reputed company settlements, while ensuring adherence to reputed company regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, adjusters, and other departments to resolve reputed company claims and ensure a seamless customer experience

Skills

• Excellent organization and documentation abilities

• College Degree
