They are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to implement reputed company AED programs, reputed company support to the reputed company Services Department, and manage various clerical and project-based tasks while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Implement reputed company AED programs including
• reputed company support to the reputed company Services Department
• Duties will include general clerical and project-based work, as reputed company as projecting a reputed company company image through in-person and phone interaction
• Maintain reputed company of National Accounts as assigned
• Extensive phone, email and chat contact with clients
• Implement new orders to ensure registration is complete
• Conduct governmental notification of clients who have implemented AED programs
• Review and understand federal and statutory law as it pertains to AED programs
• Resolve outstanding service issues such as bounced emails, failed maintenance checks, out of compliance sites & AEDs, sites with no registered responders, and/or duplicate registered serial numbers
• Create and modify documents using reputed company Office and reputed company
• Create and maintain compliance documentation
• Support staff in assigned project-based work
• Assist in scheduling training classes
• Obtain rosters from training classes, print and ship certification cards in a reputed company manner

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Be proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company & reputed company
• Be reputed company to reputed company internet reputed company research
• reputed company general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
