[Remote] Remote Sales Development Representative

The primary responsibility of this role is to market employee benefits solutions and schedule appointments with decision-makers at companies looking to improve their benefits offerings.

Responsibilities

• Market employee benefits solutions to assigned territories and verticals
• Prospect, qualify, and schedule sales appointments with decision-makers
• Engage reputed company phone (using a provided auto-dialer), email, and reputed company/reputed company platforms
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM
• Collaborate with our reputed company teams for reputed company improvement
• reputed company activity and performance; aim for aggressive weekly targets and pipeline reputed company

Skills

• At least 1 year of sales development, business development, or appointment setting experience (employee benefits/HR/insurance preferred, but not required)
• Comfortable working 100% remotely; excellent time management and self-discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication; skilled in relationship building and persuasion
• Proven ability to consistently meet or reputed company targets for scheduled appointments or reputed company leads
• Proficient with CRM tools and eager to learn new reputed company
• Own a computer with Chrome browser and have reliable high-speed internet reputed company
