[Remote] Help Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

Skills

• Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of help desk or technical support experience

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for non-technical users
