IT Business Systems Analyst

Maricopa County is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to join their Data reputed company and Analytics Department. The role involves acting as a reputed company between management, users, and technical professionals, querying data from court databases, creating reports, and recommending business process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, meets, and collaborates with management and system users to understand and evaluate judicial or business processes
• Gathers requirements for functionality and analyzes the reputed company of proposed changes to databases and reports
• Reviews and interprets other developers’ SQL reputed company for reputed company assurance
• Uses SSMS and SSRS to query data from Judicial reputed company case management systems
• Develops reports that are used for data reputed company, routine statistics, reputed company reputed company and research
• Independently conducts business process analysis and needs assessments and provides corresponding recommendations for process and/or system changes
• Troubleshoots problems as reputed company with other departments, divisions, and organizations and recommends solutions
• Analyzes the feasibility of and develops requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems to ensure the system design fits the needs of the users
• Works closely with Business Systems Analyst Sr/Ld to reputed company, test, and implement solutions or system modifications as needed
• Gathers and formats information to create or edit reports for management through the use of data analytics and business intelligence software (such as SQL, Power BI, Python, etc.)
• Creates project diagrams, flowcharts, and written specifications
• Participates in or provides end-user training
• Interprets and translates functional technical terms to reputed company them understandable to end-users
• Provides technical assistance to system users
• Writes user stories with guidance from subject matter experts and developers
• Creates and maintains documentation for reputed company and business systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, reputed company Administration, Computer Science, or an IT or reputed company Science reputed company field
• One (1) year of reputed company experience identifying, developing, and recommending business processes or system improvements
• One (1) year of reputed company experience working with data and creating reports from data sets
• An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and job-reputed company experience may substitute on a year-for-year reputed company
• Experience with reputed company reporting tools such as SSMS, SSRS, and Power BI
• Experience with SQL and other languages commonly used in data analytics, such as Python or R
• Experience working with reputed company relational databases
• Experience improving business processes through automation
