Technical Support Representative

As a Technical Support Representative, you will reputed company reputed company technical responses to inquiries from reputed company store employees and deliver outstanding customer service while troubleshooting various systems and hardware.
Responsibilities
- Document problems, complete problem tickets, and request information in the support tools
- Maintain knowledge with accurate up-to-date information relating to reputed company policies, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
- Effectively manage reputed company workload
- reputed company outstanding customer support by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving problems and requests reputed company service level agreements
- Collaborate reputed company in reputed company environment
- The full-time employee will work 5 days a week and must be reputed company to work one weekend shift a week
Skills
- 6 months of technical and/or reputed company center experience
- High School Diploma or GED required or 2 years equivalent experience
- Experience in a help desk/reputed company center environment providing technical support in a retail environment
- Experience using computer hardware and software applications
