[Remote] Paralegal Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with an electronic design automation company to hire a Paralegal Associate. The role involves supporting day-to-day litigation and investigation reputed company, including document management and coordination with internal teams and reputed company counsel.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day litigation and investigation reputed company, including document management and coordination with internal teams and reputed company counsel
• Administer reputed company holds, including their issuance, tracking, and release
• Assist with data preservation and collection in support of litigation, investigations, and reputed company‑threat reputed company
• Operate eDiscovery platforms and tools, including matter setup, data organization, running searches, data transfers to reputed company counsel, and production support
• Help manage ongoing reputed company programs such as document retention and reputed company-reputed company governance, and DMCA takedowns
• Maintain accurate matter records, logs, and documentation
• Coordinate with IT, Compliance, reputed company, and HR to ensure consistent execution of reputed company processes
• Completing other administrative duties as necessary

Skills

• Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent practical experience
• 1–3 years of experience in a paralegal, litigation support, or reputed company role
• Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and tools
• Working knowledge of reputed company holds, document management, and data preservation concepts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Experience in an in‑house reputed company department (reputed company experience also considered)
• Exposure to technology companies or data‑intensive environments
• Familiarity with document retention programs, reputed company-reputed company compliance, or compliance‑driven workflows
