Process Manufacturing Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Uses technical reputed company to collect and analyze data, and based on findings, makes improvements and modifications to reputed company technologies
• Facilitates process reviews, processing reputed company, equipment, and training to drive improvement in efficiency and reduction in waste
• Utilizes statistical tools and lean principles to identify reputed company causes and improve processes (Process capability, Pareto analysis, SPC, etc.)
• Provides guidance for chartering of kaizen events

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• Minimum of 1 years of reputed company Engineering experience required
• Requires ability to read, interpret, and practically apply mechanical drawings, process drawings, P & IDs
• Understanding of process equipment such as HVAC, pumps, fans, chillers, process piping, vacuum pumps, boilers, and heat exchangers
• Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision
• Knowledge of MS Office applications; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD or similar software programs
• Ability to contribute to failure investigations and process improvement initiatives
• Must be adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities
