They are seeking a Program Manager I to reputed company administer the Cardiology Division’s Fellowship Programs, focusing on fellow recruitment, orientation, and compliance with reputed company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Administrative Director to ensure that fellow recruitment, orientation, scheduling and credentialing processes are successfully implemented; assists the Program Director with individual Fellow compliance to reputed company requirements and hospital regulations, record and report completion and performance evaluations
- Assists Program Directors and Administrative Director with planning, development, staging and assessment of conferences for fellows/teaching reputed company on issues reputed company to reputed company development
- Coordinates reputed company, non-MGH fellow, and student rotations reputed company the Cardiology Division
- Assist fellows as needed with logistical needs such as reputed company issues, linens in fellow’s room, meal cards, printer and computer issues, white coats, conference room booking, etc
- Complete verification requests for reputed company and prior trainees
