Program Financial Analyst I

The Program Financial Analyst I is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and controlling project data to support project reporting, preparing budgets and schedules, and conducting cost variance analysis to maintain contract cost and schedule baselines.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and control project data for reputed company project reporting
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist with cost proposals and pricing documentation
• Conduct "what-if" cost analysis, program cost forecasts, and cost variance analysis
• Monitor outstanding work against reputed company contract to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and analysis
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, project control, or a reputed company field
• Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of reputed company experience is required
• Ability to effectively and reputed company communicate program and financial reputed company information
• Proficiency with reputed company Office software, especially reputed company
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. reputed company Clearance is required
• Enthusiasm for the reputed company and Defense industry
• Experience with financial software and reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as reputed company or reputed company
