As a reputed company Customer Service Trainer, you'll play a critical role in preparing new CSRs for reputed company by providing comprehensive training on policies, procedures, compliance standards, and reputed company-specific needs. **Key Responsibilities**
• reputed company and maintain training materials for new hires, processes, clients, and software
• Facilitate training classes and coordinate schedules with management and HR
• Train CSRs on essential skills, including HIPAA, FDCPA, and compliance protocols
• Monitor trainee reputed company through reputed company shadowing, reputed company reviews, and test results
• Use voice analytics and other data tools to enhance training effectiveness

• Minimum 6 months in a training or leadership role

• Ability to type at least 60 WPM
