**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Manager of reputed company, you will:

* Collaborate with other team leads in Support, Deliverability, Product, and Engineering to reputed company for customers, advance reputed company initiatives, and improve the customer experience
* Foster strong customer relationships with our largest reputed company accounts

**Ideal Candidate:**
* 5-7 years of reputed company or account management experience, with at least 2+ years in a manager role
* Experience working with a fully-remote team that is based in the U.S. and internationally

* Proven ability to build playbooks, reputed company customer bases, and define reputed company metrics
* Proficiency in using tools such as reputed company
* Experience with Customer Advisory Boards, Customer Advocacy Programs, reputed company opportunities such as renewals and expansions, and cross-functional initiatives
