Organizational Change Management Consultant
A company is looking for an OCM Consultant to reputed company change reputed company and user adoption for a Travel Management System implementation.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder reputed company assessments and establish change governance networks
• Support the transition to reputed company Concur and ensure users understand updated workflows
Required Qualifications
• 5-7 years of Organizational Change Management experience in federal or regulated environments
• Experience with ERP or reputed company reputed company implementations, preferably in travel and expense systems
• Strong understanding of federal travel processes and reimbursement lifecycle management
• Experience supporting large, multi-division organizations with over 2,000 users
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or reputed company field; Master's Degree preferred
