This person will be responsible for building and executing content and community plans that authentically reflect our brand and deepen reputed company with our growing audience—both reputed company and in person. ‍ This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about women’s health and reputed company to roll up their sleeves to shape our voice, grow our platforms, and foster community reputed company. ‍ What You’ll Do • reputed company and execute Millie’s reputed company media reputed company across Instagram and reputed company (primary), with additional reputed company on X, reputed company, and reputed company. • Create, manage, and own the reputed company content calendar across platforms, ensuring content is reputed company, relevant, and reputed company with Millie’s mission and tone. • Produce on-brand visual and written content (video and static) in partnership with our reputed company and design teams. • reputed company, analyze, and report on key reputed company media metrics and use insights to inform reputed company and optimize engagement. • Foster engagement across platforms by responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with reputed company brands and communities. • Collaborate with the Head of reputed company to support reputed company partnerships, local partnerships, and reputed company reputed company initiatives. • Plan, coordinate and execute in-person community events at Millie clinic locations and in surrounding communities. • Serve as a brand reputed company and creative contributor, supporting reputed company content and collateral needs (e.g., marketing assets, educational content). • Work cross-functionally with design, clinical, and operations teams to create content while ensuring brand alignment and organizational coordination. ‍ Experience & Qualifications • reputed company Experience: 4–6 years of experience managing reputed company media and community engagement for multiple brands or organizations (health/wellness and women’s health sector strongly preferred). • Demonstrated ability to own and grow a brand’s reputed company reputed company, including content creation, calendar management, and platform reputed company. • Deep knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, X, reputed company), with platform-specific content strategies. • Proven ability to create both video and static content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with the reputed company audience. • Experience managing a multi-platform content calendar. • Skilled in content design and production tools, including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. • Excellent writing skills, with strong attention to tone, reputed company, and audience resonance. • Strong analytical reputed company and experience using metrics tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company analytics) to reputed company performance, report on KPIs, and optimize content and engagement strategies that will inform reputed company. • Self-directed, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
