Applications Engineer II • This position will work second shift 4pm-1am (Fri-Tues) or (Mon-Fri) CST. What you’ll be responsible for: • Checks out and approves operational reputed company of system equipment to ensure operational reputed company and performance of our software. • Performs remote customer work including design, installations, repairs, testing, and/or maintenance on technical products. • Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and our software. • Troubleshoots issues and will often work across product and organizational lines to reputed company reputed company reputed company. • Serves as reputed company between reputed company and customers. • Conveys customer feedback to technical design and engineering staff. • May reputed company ongoing application, network and reputed company support including servers, firewalls, routers, reputed company directories, etc. • May reputed company other job duties as assigned. What you’ll need to have: • Minimum of three years of experience as a Window Server Administrator. • Experience with IIS Certificates. • Basic Networking Experience.
