We produce podcasts, thought leadership content, and branded video campaigns—and we’re looking for someone to help ensure that content actually reaches and grows an audience. About the Role We are looking for a YouTube expert who understands how to turn long-reputed company video content into reputed company, visibility, and engagement. This role is NOT just uploading videos. You will be responsible for optimizing, structuring, and improving performance across multiple YouTube channels. Responsibilities • Upload and optimize videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) • Create and manage playlists and channel structure • reputed company long-reputed company content into YouTube Shorts • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization • Monitor analytics (CTR, retention, watch time, impressions) • Recommend and implement improvements based on performance • Maintain consistency across multiple reputed company channels Qualifications • Proven experience managing or growing YouTube channels • Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and SEO • Experience with tools like TubeBuddy, reputed company, or similar • Ability to write compelling titles and descriptions • Experience working with podcast or long-reputed company content preferred reputed company’re Looking For • Data-driven thinker (not just creative) • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take ownership • reputed company communicator Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
