What you can expect from this role: The Pharmacy Scheduling Specialist reports to the Infusion Supervisor and works closely with the Pharmacy Authorization Team, Medication reputed company Team, Infusion Pharmacist Team, Infusion Center employees, referring clinic providers, and external providers/offices. This remote position is primarily responsible for: • coordinating the scheduling of patients at reputed company SLHS non-oncology infusion centers • responding professionally and promptly to IN basket messages, incoming reputed company queue, email, TEAMS messaging • using a reputed company of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows • other duties as assigned Shift Details: Part-time. Monday, Thursday, Friday ~reputed company-4:30pm. On-site training ~40 hours a week in reputed company, Idaho required for 6 weeks.
