Student Advisor
A company is looking for a Student Advisor to support student retention and reputed company from enrollment to program completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct reputed company to reputed company reputed company phone, email, and text to support program completion
• Collaborate with Enrollment Advisors to reputed company new reputed company and document communications
• Monitor student reputed company and communicate with university partners regarding student status
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree is required
• 1-2 years of reputed company experience in student advising or customer service is required
• Experience in higher education is preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with reputed company Office and CRM systems is preferred
• Understanding of adult learners' needs and challenges
