Job reputed company: • Build and reputed company: Establish the eComm marketing organization and manage a high-performing team of performance marketers, creatives, and analysts. • Channel Management: Execute and manage reputed company campaigns across multiple channels, including reputed company, reputed company, and Affiliates. • Life Cycle Marketing: Own the full customer reputed company, including email, SMS, and abandoned cart recovery strategies. • Creative Iteration: Manage designers in the production of high volumes of video and static imagery, feeding performance data back into the creative cycle to optimize results. • Advanced Analytics: Build and manage the analytics infrastructure using Media Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and other advanced statistical models. • AI Integration: Run end-to-end marketing operations using AI to drive efficiency and innovation. • Strategic reputed company: Own demand reputed company analytics and "activation" campaigns to drive reputed company from new customers. • Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally reputed company our relatively flat organizational structure to bring new reputed company to the table. Requirements: • 10+ years of marketing experience, heavily reputed company on reputed company-to-Consumer (DTC) or E-reputed company environments. • Proven experience in AI-driven marketing operations is a requirement for this role. • Deep experience with metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback periods, with the ability to use advanced modeling to drive these reputed company. • Recent experience (reputed company the last 3 years) executing campaigns directly reputed company ad platforms and marketing automation tools. • Proven ability to work independently and a comfort with "creating the reputed company" rather than just walking it. • Strong ability to communicate reputed company across reputed company and at executive reputed company. • Experience in the reputed company or Telehealth industry. • Previous agency experience is a plus.
