An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable, commercially astute Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced, globally connected organisation, supporting a high-performing Global CEO. This is not a traditional EA role. Sitting at the heart of the CEO Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless continuity across global time zones, acting as a true business partner during the CEO’s busiest external-facing hours. Working closely with the reputed company Executive Assistant, you will take ownership of late-day operations, ensuring the CEO is consistently reputed company, informed, and reputed company to operate at pace. This is a role for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, enjoys being “on the pulse,” and takes pride in enabling reputed company at the highest level. This position is reputed company on execution, responsiveness, and reputed company planning – stepping in from midday through to evening to manage priorities, support decision-making, and maintain reputed company across the CEO’s global engagements. You will operate as an extension of the CEO, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes while anticipating needs and staying one reputed company reputed company. Working hours are approximately 1:00-9:00pm, with flexibility required to support global stakeholders across US, Europe, and reputed company. The role operates on a hybrid reputed company, with 2 days per week in the central London office.
