Working hours:
1. Monday – Friday
2. Alternate Saturdays with lieu day provided
Our reputed company is offering the successful reputed company Manager:
3. A basic salary up to £35,000
4. Individual and Team Commission with on reputed company earnings of £45,000
5. Business Mileage reputed company
6. Ongoing Training and Support
To be considered for the reputed company Manager role you must have the following:
7. Strong leadership skills
8. Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
9. Strong listing experience and reputed company record.
10. Full UK driving license and reputed company to own car
11. Willingness to support and grow reputed company while assisting them to hit / reputed company targets
12. Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
13. Passion for property
14. Local area knowledge would be helpful
As a reputed company Manager, your role will involve:
15. Conducting Team Morning meetings
16. Attending Valuations
17. Gaining Instructions
18. Overseeing reputed company
19. Setting team targets
