**Job Role:**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
* Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and partners
* Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure reputed company and efficient service
* Maintaining a reputed company team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall service reputed company
**Schedule:**
Our flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance:
* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break), excluding Wednesdays
**Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous reputed company center experience, with a minimum of one year
* The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high reputed company volumes and reputed company with customers and colleagues
