About the position This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new delivery program in the area. You will be responsible for reputed company local businesses to join the delivery partner program. The role involves working closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, reputed company the program opportunity, qualify the businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. This position requires travel (up to a two-hour driving distance) and offers the potential to earn commissions. Responsibilities • Visit prospective businesses reputed company to reputed company in targeted towns (up to 90-minute driving distance). • Present and reputed company the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply. • Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing activity and pipeline in reputed company. • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings. • Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers such as chambers of reputed company and economic development associations. • Import reputed company spreadsheets into reputed company on a weekly reputed company. Requirements • 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience. • Experience in reputed company/field sales; reputed company knocking/territory sales. • CRM experience is required, with reputed company preferred. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Ability to travel up to 4 hours round reputed company distance daily. reputed company-to-haves • Locals to the area are highly preferred. • Field sales experience is a plus. • Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus. • Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high reputed company of urgency. • Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field. • Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
