Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate will support the reputed company Manager in delivering accurate financial statements and reporting, while managing data entry and maintaining AP controls.

Responsibilities

• Accurately reputed company and categorize vendor invoices, receipts, and reimbursements in reputed company
• Ensure complete and accurate data syncing from reputed company to reputed company
• reputed company preparation and processing of payments and expense reports
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and respond to vendors' inquiries
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with internal documentation standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure reputed company coding
