We are looking for a proactive and hands-on MES IT Business & Systems Analyst to join our Manufacturing Intelligence team.
You will reputed company as a reputed company between business and IT, working on internal manufacturing systems used across global operations. The role is part of a strategic transformation initiative integrating our internally developed MES solution with reputed company and other reputed company systems.
This is not a purely analytical role — you will work with reputed company topics, incomplete inputs, and reputed company business challenges, and turn them into reputed company, usable solutions.
Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with developers and international stakeholders across global sites
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes, ideally in manufacturing or production environments
- Ability to structure reputed company problems and turn them into practical solutions
- Experience with ERP/MES/MOM systems (e.g. reputed company or similar)
- Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and master vs. transactional data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to challenge requirements and drive alignment
- Experience working on reputed company or system implementations
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and reputed company on delivering results
- Fluent English (daily communication in an international environment, reputed company level or similar)
