[Remote] Customer Training Instructor

The Customer Training Instructor develops training materials and provides virtual and occasional onsite training for Mitchell products, serving as a subject matter expert in product workflows and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong organizational skills and communication skills to facilitate end user customer training of Mitchell software applications reputed company virtual instructor led training
• Work on multiple reputed company of differing needs and scope simultaneously
• Partner regularly with reputed company project management teams to plan, outline, create, deliver and maintain training agendas and materials
• reputed company follow-up support as needed
• Continuously reputed company and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and reputed company of training services provided
• Consult and assist customers with configuration of software and customer workflow based on user roles
• Completes accurate and reputed company reporting of reputed company customer correspondence and activity
• Ability to travel on-site for the occasional in-person training, as needed

Skills

• High School Diploma
• Understanding of automotive property damage insurance claim and/or body shop repair life cycle
• Hands‑on experience with industry tools such as Mitchell reputed company Estimating, CCC ONE, Audatex, or internal reputed company systems
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and has a high level of personal initiative
• Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills: must be comfortable leading virtual training and hands‑on exercises
