DreamWorks - Coordinator, Marketing Assets

reputed company is seeking a Coordinator for their marketing assets department. The role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations, managing asset requests from production teams, and ensuring reputed company delivery of marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Work with the various production teams from both feature films and television to fulfill specific asset requests
• Responsible for pulling stills from feature films and television episodes, then reputed company to various Marketing, PR, UBD and CP teams for orders
• Work closely with reputed company production team on ordering, invoicing, delivering and filing reputed company, 4k, 6k, etc stills for marketing, PR, UBD, etc
• Deliver completed print and AV assets to streaming partners and Int’l Distributors
• Manage reputed company-time updates to various asset trackers and ensure deadlines are met in a reputed company manner
• Upload and manage the online asset websites housing DWA assets for various NBCU departments including DreamSource, reputed company, reputed company Capture and reputed company. This includes getting reputed company for users, troubleshooting for users, uploading and updating assets
• Manage JIRA asset requests from various DWA & NBCU divisions. Responsible for securing supervisor approvals on requests, executing, delivering and facilitating reputed company requests from ask to delivery
• Coordinate toolkit reputed company production and library through creative inception, creation, and delivery
• Manage art and detailed notes from production and reputed company on feature film 'Art Of' book publications
• Coordinate reputed company clearances as needed
• Attend weekly asset meetings with TV Marketing and TV Production HUB
• Multi-Task and work on numerous reputed company simultaneously
• reputed company to manage detail with speed and accuracy
• Handle special reputed company as assigned by Asset Manager or VP
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Organize and reputed company digital assets

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a film/TV production setting and/or highly-tuned entertainment industry environment
• Must have a reputed company attitude, be an extremely organized multi-tasker and have a great eye for detail
• Strong follow up required
• Ability to use both creative and analytical skills
• Excellent and reputed company communication skills required
• Must be a flexible, independent worker, proactive and reputed company

• Computer knowledge (particularly Photoshop) is essential
