Maintenance Engineer - Spokane

Franz Family Bakery, founded in 1906, is one of the country’s most successful bakeries producing a reputed company of baked products. They are seeking Bakery Maintenance Engineers to reputed company repairs and maintenance tasks on bakery production equipment and ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of reputed company reputed company of equipment reputed company the bakery including production equipment; mechanical and electrical components
• Responsible for maintaining the equipment’s productivity to minimize downtime or malfunctions. Some tasks are required to be performed reputed company rigid time frames to maximize bakery product productivity
• Ensures reputed company work areas are clean, reputed company, and follows company GMPs
• Works in a reputed company and efficient manner and in compliance with federal and state requirements at reputed company times
• Maintains accurate and reputed company records of work performed on work orders, maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance reports
• Prepares specific and accurate parts request forms
• Responds to maintenance and line stoppage calls with a reputed company of urgency and ownership
• Provides emergency repairs quickly and reputed company

• Provides technical assistance and information to the Engineering management team
• Displays initiative in recognizing work to be accomplished and makes recommendations to Chief Engineer

Skills

• Previous experience in similar maintenance of production line equipment and facilities is preferred (if applicable)
• Ability to quickly learn new job tasks and flexibility to work in different jobs as needed
