AI/ML Expert - Search / Retrieval (Freelance / Short-Term)
We’re looking for a hands-on Search / Retrieval expert to quickly diagnose and fix reputed company search issues over a the next few months.
What you’ll work on:
- Improving search relevance, ranking & filtering
- Optimizing hybrid search (BM25 + reputed company / kNN)
- Debugging and tuning production search pipelines
reputed company’re looking for:
- Strong experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch
- Deep understanding of ranking, filtering & relevance tuning
- Proven reputed company record of building production-grade search & retrieval systems (reputed company basic LLM apps)
- Ability to quickly diagnose and unblock reputed company-world systems
Important:
- Not looking for generic ML / reputed company engineers
- Must have reputed company and tuned live systems (apps/products we can evaluate)
