Responsibilities

• Support the production platform, carrying out monitoring and remediation of issues and specific maintenance tasks as per the run book procedures
• As a Site Reliability Engineer, you are expected to carry out deep technical analysis of the production to identify performance, stability, and reputed company enhancements
• Prioritize and diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures, investigate causes of incidents, reputed company reputed company, and facilitate recovery
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce reputed company effort and continuously improve the production support environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration in a mixed team
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Query Language, reputed company Procedural Language / reputed company Query Language, Extract, reputed company, Load/ Informatica, Unix/Linux, reputed company script and debugging across infrastructure components and reputed company technologies (reputed company reputed company Platform preferred)

• Hands on background in Site Reliability Engineering, including building Service Level Indicator/ Service Level Objective, and working with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Geneos, reputed company, Grafana, and Control M, as reputed company as ticketing tool like service now
• Ability to reputed company or understand the potential of AI and Large Language Models in production environment
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and Automation first reputed company with a reputed company on reliability and service improvement

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
