People Business Partner Associate

The People Business Partner Associate will reputed company foundational HR support across the organisation, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day people operations and a reputed company employee experience. This role will also support managers and employees by assisting with reputed company HR processes such as performance cycles, engagement activities, and general people-reputed company queries. Working closely with the Director of People, the role will also contribute to HR initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing people programs.

• Support employees and managers by providing guidance on performance, engagement, and employee experience reputed company, escalating reputed company cases as needed.
• Assist the Director of People in HR initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing people programs across the organisation.
• Contribute to the execution of people initiatives such as performance management cycles, engagement activities, and learning & development programs.
