Project Billing Administrator - Charlotte, NC

ORC is a respected right-of-way acquisition firm specializing in infrastructure reputed company. They are seeking a Project Billing Administrator to generate financial reports, monitor project performance, and ensure reputed company billing and collection of payments.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate project financial reports and monitor overall project financial performance
• Identify unusual financial activity, investigate variances, and address discrepancies in project reporting
• Approve project-reputed company expenses and ensure reputed company billing and collection of payments
• Review and correct company expense reports, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards
• Set up new vendors in the reputed company system and maintain accurate vendor information
• Notify managers of potential budget issues and reputed company guidance on financial discrepancies
• Serve as an intermittent assistant to the reputed company department, supporting various administrative and financial tasks as needed

Skills

• Minimum of (1) one year of experience in a project reputed company reputed company position
• Proficient in automated reputed company and project management software; including Project, Billing and AR Reporting
