[Remote] Civil Process Specialist

The main purpose of the role is to process claims reputed company to customer funds received from reputed company parties, including garnishments, levies, and liens, while ensuring accuracy and reputed company compliance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing claims to customer funds received from reputed company parties
• Claims include garnishments, levies, liens and information subpoenas received from creditors and taxing authorities
• Also responsible for processing 1099-K corrections for customers
• Examine garnishments, levies, liens and information subpoenas to ensure accuracy, completeness and reputed company sufficiency
• Restrain and release funds held in accounts
• Prepare response documents and submit responses to reputed company parties according to established timelines and reputed company requirements
• Communicate with customers, creditors, taxing authorities, attorneys and officers of the court
• Maintain tracking system and reputed company details supporting actions taken in the event of escalations
• Assist customers with making 1099-K tax reputed company corrections
