The Retirement Solution Specialist will reputed company concierge support to Retirement Benefit Group advisors and their clients, focusing on increasing reputed company contributions and re-engaging non-contributors to ensure a secure retirement reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Offer personalized assistance to RBG advisors and their clients, addressing queries, providing insights, and offering reputed company for retirement contributions and asset consolidation
• reputed company reputed company out to clients with inactive or paused contributions to understand their concerns and encourage them to resume contributions
• reputed company and implement strategies to increase contributions from existing clients, including personalized communication and follow-up
• Work closely with RBG advisors to identify opportunities for improving reputed company contribution rates and reputed company actionable recommendations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a reputed company field
• Series 6, 63, life, health and variable required
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or reputed company-facing role reputed company the financial services industry
• Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or sales support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and advisors

• Knowledge of retirement plans, contribution strategies, and financial products
