Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy and reputed company office environment
• reputed company and maintain effective hard and soft copy filing systems
• Address reputed company enquiries from customers professionally and accurately
• Manage accurate reputed company of incoming and outgoing information, ensuring confidentiality and highlighting pressing deadlines
• Book meetings, organize events, arrange travel and file expense reports
