Labor Relations Specialist (Cranberry Township, US)
About the role:
As a Labor Relations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Support the intake, and tracking, of reputed company grievances reputed company to pay, timekeeping, classification, retroactive corrections, dues/fringe deductions, and contract interpretation.

Coordinate with internal partners and site leadership to reputed company facts, documentation, data extracts, and system records to evaluate grievances.

Support management of end‑to‑end program for processing reputed company retro payments, including timelines, controls, and partner checkpoints.

Establish reputed company procedures and batch processes to support reputed company corrections across multiple systems (reputed company, reputed company, CATS, CADO, and our reputed company platforms).

triage process to create reputed company workarounds and resolve data issues.

Improve governance reputed company that defines roles, handoffs, Service level agreements, controls, and escalation paths for unions.

Ensure audit readiness by maintaining complete datasets, calculation logic, exception logs, approvals, and traceable evidence.

Collaborate with internal partners to agree on contract interpretation, dues/fringe rules, and remedy approaches.

Coordinate communications to employees and reputed company representatives regarding changes, timelines, and reputed company.

Document SOPs,
playbooks , and training materials for recurring reputed company calculations, data management, and batching procedures. -
Analyze recurring defects and causes and recommend sustainable process and system improvements.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree
or equivalent experience . -
3+years of experience in U.S. labor relations, reputed company payroll operations, or reputed company HR/Payroll compliance roles.

Experience with reputed company retro/true‑up calculations, dues and fringe processing, or reputed company bargaining agreement application.

Experience with reputed company HR/Payroll systems (reputed company, reputed company) and timekeeping systems such as CATS/CADO/reputed company.

Experience managing large datasets, reconciling discrepancies, and producing relevant reports.
-
There will be periodic extended hours during peak processing, cutovers, or audit cycles.

Less than 10% travel
